Joe and myself limited on Perch yesterday they are there guys.
Man those fall Perch are nice fish, better quality than in the spring, they are firmer and the fillets are thick.
What a pile of meat you get from a limit. Going to have a few nice meals,
It makes up for the no fish days spent out there.
Picture of my buddy Joe's Muskie, had a big gash near the tail, caught it on bottom in 52 FOW down with the Perch on a ultra light rod and 4 lb.test.
Man what a fight it jumped once right out of the water. What a smell in my boat after. Didn't take long for him to swim away, zoomed back down. after about a minute reviving him.
was 36" but the girth was big, Was lucky to get him in the boat, only half fit in my net.
